Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager - Splunk UK to drive adoption of the Splunk platform for UK-based customers.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating security use cases into best practices and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure resilience and success. You will partner with customers to develop use cases, optimize configurations, and accelerate adoption of the Splunk security platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in information security.
• Experience with SIEM or security log systems (Splunk, ArcSight, ELK, etc.).
• Active Splunk certs and hands-on with ES/UBA/Phantom or similar apps.
• At least one security credential (GIAC/CISSP/OSCP or equivalent).
• Unix and Windows with scripting in Bash or Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to enterprise customers on Splunk ES and UBA deployments.
• Resolve complex security challenges to improve system resilience and uptime.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Support for customer success.
• Drive customer health, CSAT, and identify opportunities for product expansion.
• Mentor teams and create scalable processes and collateral.
