Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience including 3 years in information security.
• Experience with SIEM or security log systems (Splunk, ArcSight, ELK, etc.).
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on Splunk ES/Phantom/UBA.
• Security certification such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or equivalent.
• Unix and Windows environments, CLI and scripting (Bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration, and optimization for ES and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve resilience.
• Leverage security expertise to accelerate Splunk adoption.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Eng, and Customer Support to ensure success.
• Engage with the broader Account Team to align strategic plans.
• Develop processes, collateral, and tools to improve efficiency.
• Drive high CSAT by documenting customer success stories.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion within accounts.
• Mentor teams and contribute to internal training.
