Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager for Splunk UK. This remote-capable role focuses on driving adoption and optimization of the Splunk platform across top customers, delivering strategic technical guidance and translating customer needs into security best practices.

You will partner with enterprise teams, accelerate security outcomes, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Support to ensure lasting customer success, health, and growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years in information security.
• Experience with SIEM or security log management systems such as Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, Q-Radar, Rapid7, Sentinel or Chronicle.
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on experience managing one or more Splunk premium apps (Enterprise Security, SOAR, or UBA).
• At least one industry-standard security certification (GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or equivalent).
• Experience in Unix and Windows environments, with CLI and scripting (Bash/Python).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers in long-term engagements to provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration, and optimization for Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges proactively to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
• Apply security domain expertise to accelerate customer adoption of the Splunk security platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Support) to ensure customer success.
• Engage with the broader Splunk Account Team to share critical information and align account plans.
• Build scalable team processes, develop collateral, and implement tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive high CSAT scores by documenting compelling customer success stories.
• Identify and champion product expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in team development initiatives, mentoring programs and internal training.
