You will translate complex security use cases into actionable best practices, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with internal product teams to improve offerings. In this hybrid role, you will build scalable processes, mentor teams, and champion product expansion within existing accounts, while ensuring robust customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 3+ years in information security.
• Experience using or administering SIEM/security log management systems (Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, Chronicle).
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on experience in ES/UBA/SOAR.
• Security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration and optimization for Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to maximize system resilience and minimize downtime.
• Accelerate customer adoption of Splunk security platform through domain expertise.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering and Customer Support to ensure customer success.
• Engage with the broader Account Team to align strategic plans and share critical information.
