Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems, build client relationships, and train end-users across multiple phases of each project.

The role requires strong English communication, willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events, and deep expertise in Workday Core HCM and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions for client goals.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into detailed, feasible Workday configuration options.
