Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions for a global client base. You will implement, configure, and train clients on enterprise-scale Workday deployments, building strong relationships and understanding client needs.

You will participate in every phase of Workday implementation, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer, with flexibility to travel for global events and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose for global clients.
• Train end-users on Workday configurations and processes.
• Participate in multiple roles within Workday implementations (Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, Trainer).
• Contribute to development and differentiation of propositions to grow the business.
