Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday setups for our international client base, train end-users, and participate in all implementation phases with multiple roles.

The role requires strong English communication, a proactive approach, and willingness to travel to client sites or global events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Experience translating client requirements into detailed, feasible Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to ensure modules meet customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience across the project lifecycle: workshops, design documents, UAT, end-user training.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose for our global client base.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for clients and build strong customer relationships.
• Train end-users and support adoption across organisations.
• Participate in every phase of Workday implementation, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
• Contribute to development and differentiation of our propositions to grow the business.
• Travel to customer sites or attend global events as required.
