Qualifications

• Over 4 years' experience in a client/partner facing technical role.
• Experience with Authentication Protocols like Radius/TACACS.
• Ability to articulate technical issues to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration review and troubleshooting assistance.
• Manage support cases for timely resolution.
• Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis.
• Review technical documentation for clarity.
