Qualifications

• Previous experience in the mortgage brokerage industry in case management or processing.
• Minimum 2 years experience processing mortgage cases in a whole of market environment.
• Knowledge of multiple lenders is essential.
• Ability to work to strict customer deadlines.
• CeMAP or part CeMAP qualified (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full case journey from Pack in to Funded stage.
• Package client cases ensuring a smooth journey.
