Job summary

Rudyb Travel is seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout their travel journey, from initial booking through post-trip follow-up. This client-facing role requires attention to detail, a service-driven mindset, and passion for travel.

You'll respond to inquiries by phone, email, and messaging; assist with luxury bookings; provide destination information; coordinate itineraries; and maintain accurate records in booking systems, all within a 100% remote

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or service is welcome.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Comfort with learning new systems and booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as required.
