Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, requirements and policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries for accuracy.
• Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
• Address concerns with empathy and problem-solving approach.
• Maintain documentation and update booking systems as needed.
