Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in construction law.
• Proven experience with both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
• Ability to manage diverse workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams on legal matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the review of contracts and provide strategic legal advice.
• Manage external counsel and contribute to the development of legal directives.

Skills

Transactional experience in construction & energy projects

Drafting and negotiating contracts

Identifying legal issues and developing strategies

Providing legal support during project phases

Strong communication skills

Education

Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
