Job summary

A leading training organization is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support its learning strategy and coordinate training initiatives. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate learning records, manage the L&D inbox, and help create and track learning pathways. Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths, and a commitment to obtain CIPD Level 3 in L&D. The position is remote with a salary range of £26,000 – £30,000.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 in L&D, or commitment to obtain it.
  • Experience within HR or Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate learning records and certifications.
  • Manage the L&D inbox and triage queries.
  • Schedule and assign learning via Litmos.

Skills

Strong administrative background
Experience using LMS platforms
Strong MS Office skills

Education

GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths
CIPD Level 3 in L&D
