Qualifications

• 4+ years working in change management, training or organisation development.
• Experience in supporting OCM and training delivery in technology-driven change environments.
• Led specific deliverables within OCM or Training on tech-driven change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
• Deliver high-quality business change deliverables on time as part of the project scope.
• Assist in establishing and managing a Change Network, including change agents and trainers.
