Job summary

iService Solutions is seeking an ITSM Software Consultant to work on customer projects from a remote base with occasional site visits across the UK. You will lead the configuration and delivery of HaloITSM, HaloCRM and HaloPSA, building strong relationships and managing expectations.

The role requires solid ITSM/CRM/ERP experience, ability to document technical details, and proactive teamwork in fast-paced client environments. Flexible, remote-friendly role with potential travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Solid experience integrating or administering ITSM/CRM/ERP solutions.
• Able to work across major business projects and workshops.
• Experience producing technical and customer-facing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Propose solutions and deliver best practices to business problems.
• Lead the technical delivery (configuration) of HaloITSM, HaloCRM and HaloPSA implementations.
• Prepare and run functional design workshops based on out-of-the-box functionality.
• Challenge customer requirements where necessary.
