Job summary

Boutique AI Operations Consultancy in the UK is seeking a Halo Consultant to own engagements from discovery through to live Halo deployment. You will lead service operations deliverables within a fast-moving team, shaping processes and ensuring client-ready configurations.

You will design ITSM workflows, configure integrations, and mentor client teams while working with senior colleagues and certification support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Halo ITSM platform.
• Strong ITIL-based or practical ITSM knowledge.
• Client-facing experience in workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Comfort with integrations, data migration and platform handover.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Halo implementations end to end, from discovery to go-live.
• Configure workflows, SLAs, ticket types, automations, portals and reports.
• Shape ITSM processes grounded in ITIL and client operations.
• Build integrations between Halo and monitoring, observability tools and event management.
• Run training and handover so clients can operate independently.
• Be the trusted technical voice from service desk to senior sponsors.
