Job summary

Halo SME ITSM Implementation Specialist role is a hands-on technical SME positioned under the Senior PM to configure, build and integrate Halo, translating requirements into working solutions.

The role focuses on the Halo tool, not process design, and requires collaboration with Halo or the System Integrator to drive delivery through testing, go‑live and stabilisation. Contract from Sep 2026 for 9 months.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, proven experience implementing the Halo ITSM platform.
• Fully-fledged ITSM specialist — incident, problem, change, CMDB and platform configuration.
• Ability to take requirements and build them — no interpretation layer needed.
• Experience working with or alongside a System Integrator on a platform implementation.
• Strong understanding of platform integrations and how to make them work in practice.
• Background in ServiceNow migration or cross-platform ITSM experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical SME for the Halo platform throughout the implementation.
• Configure and build out the Halo environment: incident, problem, change, and configuration management modules.
• Translate business requirements directly into platform actions — own that end‑to‑end.
• Manage and deliver platform integrations with third‑party systems.
• Work closely with Halo or the appointed System Integrator to drive delivery.
• Provide hands‑on platform expertise to support testing, go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Support architecture decisions where relevant — but always anchored to what the platform needs.
