Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager at our Head Office in Telford. You will support customers, grow existing accounts and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role involves converting prospects into sales, building strong relationships, and working with the team to hit targets. The position requires experience in telephone-based sales or account management, with a proactive, target-driven approach to maximise commission.

• Convert prospects into sales and contribute to business growth and customer retention.

• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to team success.
• Take ownership of customer queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
