Job summary

Lyreco Switzerland AG is seeking an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager for our Donnington, Telford head office. The role focuses on supporting customers, growing existing accounts and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will work closely with Business Development Managers, build strong relationships, and drive sales toward targets while earning a monthly commission. The position is office-based, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone-based sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to exceed KPIs and maximise commission.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Field Sales teams and managers.
• Grow customer accounts through proactive calls, emails, and Teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Create account development plans to maximise retention and growth.
• Own customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolutions.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs as part of the team.
