Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team at our Head Office in Telford. The role involves supporting customers, growing existing accounts and delivering an outstanding customer experience from an office-based setting.

You will work closely with Business Development Managers to build relationships, proactively contact customers, and create account plans that maximise retention and growth while aiming to exceed KPIs and commission

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone-based sales or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Field Sales teams.
• Grow customer accounts via calls, email, and Teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify sales opportunities.
• Create account development plans to retain and grow customers.
• Own customer queries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
