Qualifications

• Candidates must be NHS Pathways trained for at least 12 months.
• Must have good all-round education with relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service roles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in mental health crisis situations.
• Support parents with children having minor injuries.
• Respond effectively to emergencies like strokes or heart attacks.

Skills

Good all-round education

Experience in a customer/patient services environment
