Qualifications

  • Educational attainment equivalent to City & Guilds Level III/A Levels/BTEC National in a relevant subject.
  • Minimum of 1 year clerical experience including photocopying, filing, and updating records.
  • Numerical skills for basic calculations and statistics.
  • Enhanced literacy skills for composing memos, letters, and reports.
  • Proficient keyboard skills for database entry and spreadsheet use.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Interrogate and analyze information from Force systems for legal compliance.
  • Prepare detailed disclosure reports meeting SLAs and legislation.
  • Act as a decision-maker handling enquiries about disclosure.
  • Apply and interpret legislation consistently to stay updated.
  • Promote good information management practices within the service.
