Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) to own the central design system (Springboard) and drive AI-driven UI concepts. You will lead architecture, component management, and rapid iteration with a Design Systems Engineer.

The role is remote-first from the UK, with occasional travel to Belfast, and offers a path to leadership as the company scales. The ideal candidate has strong design systems experience, expert UI/Visual design skills, and extensive AI workflow experience to push

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing design systems at scale.
• Proficient in AI-driven UI generation and agentic UI concepts.
• Strong visual design, typography, and brand polish.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the central design system (Springboard).
• Pioneer how design systems support Generative AI UI.
• Collaborate with a Design Systems Engineer to implement updates.
