Job summary

Few&Far are hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) to own the central design system (Springboard) for a high-growth AI scale-up, shaping how design systems support Generative‑AI UI and agentic component rendering.

You will consolidate architecture, manage rollout, and drive design-system strategy for B2B/ Gov contexts, with UK remote-first work, occasional Belfast travel, and equity eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong design-systems experience: architecture, component management, rollout.
• Strong UI and visual design: aesthetics, polish, brand consistency.
• Extensive AI experience: AI workflow and agentic UI generation.

Responsibilities

• Own central design system architecture and governance.
• Pioneer how design systems support Generative-AI UI and component rendering.
• Collaborate with a Design Systems Engineer and cross-functional teams to roll out updates.
