Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) to own the central design system (Springboard) for a high-growth AI scale-up. You will shape AI-driven UI and agentic rendering while partnering with a Design Systems Engineer to drive architecture and rollout.

This role supports a remote-first model from the UK, with potential Belfast travel. Key requirements include strong design systems experience, UI/visual design prowess, and familiarity with B2B/B2G contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and evolving central design systems.
• Strong UI/visual design and brand polish skills.
• Experience applying AI to UI components and agentic rendering.

Responsibilities

• Own the central design system architecture (Springboard).
• Lead AI-enabled UI development and agentic component rendering with the Design Systems Engineer.
• Consolidate, document, and govern the design system across products.
