Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Perm Product Designer (Design Systems) to join a high-growth Series A AI scale-up that builds sovereign AI operating platforms for enterprise environments. You will own the central design system (Springboard) and drive AI-enabled UI components, working with a Design Systems Engineer.

The role offers remote-first work from the UK, with occasional travel to Belfast and an equity-eligible package as the company scales toward Series B.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing design systems architecture.
• Strong UI/visual design including brand, micro-interactions and polish.
• Extensive AI workflow experience and using AI to push component updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the central design system (Springboard) architecture and governance.
• Lead AI-driven UI/agentic component rendering with support from a Design Systems Engineer.
• Consolidate, architect and own the design system centrally.
