Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) to join a high-growth AI scale-up, with a remote-first model from the UK. You will lead the central design system (Springboard) and shape how AI-driven UI and agentic components are rendered across products.

The role offers up to £75K, equity eligibility, and opportunities to grow into leadership as the company scales, with occasional Belfast travel and a flexible 4-day summer/December pattern plus early Friday finishes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in design systems - architecture, component management, rollout.
• Strong UI & Visual Design skills - aesthetics, brand, micro-interactions, polish
• Extensive AI Experience: AI workflow experience and using AI to push component updates, experimenting with agentic UI generation
• Able to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience in B2B / B2G, and SC Clearance/SC eligibility is desirable (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Design, you’d take complete ownership of architecting their central design system (Springboard)
• A core objective for the role will be pioneering how design systems support dynamic, Generative-AI UI and agentic component rendering, working side-by-side with a dedicated Design Systems Engineer
• Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally
