Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) for a remote-first role from the UK, to architect and grow a central design system that underpins AI-driven UI.

You will collaborate with a Design Systems Engineer to push agentic UI generation, manage tokens and components, and ensure consistency across enterprise products. The role offers equity eligibility and a flexible, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in design systems — architecture, components, rollout.
• Strong UI & visual design skills including aesthetics, brand & micro-interactions.
• Extensive AI experience with AI workflows and agentic UI generation.
• Able to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in B2B / B2G; SC Clearance/eligibility desirable (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Own central design system architecture (Springboard).
• Pioneer how design systems support Generative-AI UI and agentic rendering with a Design Systems Engineer.
• Consolidate, architect, and own design system centrally.
