Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) to own the central design system and drive AI-enabled UI evolution for enterprise-scale platforms. The role reports to Head of Product & Design and offers remote-first work from the UK with occasional travel.

The position emphasizes architecture of Springboard, working closely with a Design Systems Engineer, and growth as the company scales toward Series B.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in design systems architecture, component management and rollout.
• Strong UI and visual design skills including aesthetics, brand, micro-interactions.
• Extensive AI experience: AI workflows and using AI to push component updates, agentic UI generation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the central design system (Springboard).
• Lead how design systems support dynamic Generative-AI UI and agentic rendering with a Design Systems Engineer.
• Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally.
