Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) to take ownership of their central design system (Springboard) and to pioneer how AI-driven UI and agentic component rendering are supported by design systems, working with a Design Systems Engineer.

Reporting to leadership, you will consolidate and own the system at scale, with a focus on B2B/enterprise contexts and a remote-first setup from the UK, plus occasional travel to Belfast.

Qualifications

• Strong design systems—architecture, rollout and governance.
• Excellent UI/visual design with brand polish and micro-interactions.
• Experience applying AI workflows to UI updates and agentic UI generation.

Responsibilities

• Own and architect the central design system (Springboard).
• Pioneer how design systems support dynamic AI UI and component rendering.
• Collaborate with a Design Systems Engineer to consolidate and scale the system.
