Job summary

Few&Far is seeking a Product Designer (Design Systems) to own and evolve the central design system (Springboard) for a high-growth AI scale-up in the UK. You will drive AI-enabled UI experiments and work closely with a Design Systems Engineer on component rendering and system-wide updates.

This remote-first role from the UK offers equity eligibility and a flexible pattern, with potential travel to Belfast as needed and an opportunity to contribute to a Series B-scale product family.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in design systems architecture, component management and rollout.
• Excellent UI and visual design skills including aesthetics, brand and micro-interactions.
• Extensive AI experience with AI workflows and agentic UI generation.
• Able to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own architecting and consolidating the central design system (Springboard).
• Pioneer how design systems support dynamic Generative-AI UI and agentic component rendering with the Design Systems Engineer.
• Collaborate to ensure central ownership and evolution of the design system.
