Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Perm Product Designer (Design Systems) to help shape a central design system for an AI scale-up. You’ll own Springboard, drive architecting design system for dynamic Generative-AI UI, and work with a Design Systems Engineer.

The role offers remote-first UK, occasional travel to Belfast, equity eligibility, and a fast growth path as the company scales toward Series B. Strong experience in design systems and AI is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with design systems architecture and rollout.
• Strong UI and visual design skills.
• Extensive AI workflow experience and agentic UI generation.
• UK work eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B/B2G; SC Clearance desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own central design system (Springboard) architecture.
• Collaborate with Design Systems Engineer on AI-enabled UI.
• Consolidate and own the design system centrally.
