Job summary

Few&Far in the UK is hiring a Product Designer (Design Systems) to own and extend the central design system (Springboard), shaping UI components for enterprise-grade AI interfaces.

You’ll architect design system processes, collaborate closely with a Design Systems Engineer, and explore agentic UI generation and AI-driven updates. This is a remote-first role with strong growth potential as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in design systems: architecture, component management, rollout.
• Strong UI & Visual Design skills: aesthetics, brand, micro-interactions, polish.
• Extensive AI experience: AI workflow and agentic UI generation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of architecting their central design system (Springboard).
• Pioneer how design systems support Generative-AI UI with a Design Systems Engineer.
• Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally.
