Responsibilities

• Ensure workshop delivery meets high standards for programs.
• Help learners pass their exams timely to avoid delays.
• Maintain technical knowledge to enhance learner experience.
• Collaborate with the workshops team for effective delivery planning.
• Partner with the Product team to keep content relevant.
• Engage in pedagogical development for high teaching standards.
• Work with the Client Success team to maximize business opportunities.
• Deliver tailored training aligned with commercial propositions.

Skills

Comprehensive Financial Services experience

CII Diploma in either Insurance or Regulated Financial Planning

Understanding of vocational qualifications including Apprenticeships

Confident in the creation and delivery of learning material/workshops

Experience of working within a regulatory environment (Ofsted/ESFA, CII)

Experience with IT systems and creating webinars and e-learning content

Excellent written communication skills

Excellent administration and time-management skills

Enthusiastic individual delivering engaging training sessions

Student-centric with a passion for education

Good influencing/motivating skills

Flexibility to support delivery outside normal working hours
