You will provide technical service support to customers, repair and maintain equipment, carry out pre-installations and installations, and document issues with precise logging and timely closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in service/repairs on printing equipment.
• Proven remote customer-facing work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain customer equipment.
• Carry out pre-installations and installations.
• Provide remote pre-qualification and remote fixes when possible.
• Document and log technical issues; ensure call closure.
• Support customers in UK/IE, with occasional travel in Europe.
• Maintain and share knowledge through training and self-development.
