Job summary

M TWO Search Ltd seeks an experienced engineer with a background in digital printing, industrial inkjet technology or specialist printing equipment. You will support installations, servicing and maintenance for customers across the UK and Europe, and resolve technical issues for both hardware and software.

The role involves hands-on engineering, software troubleshooting, training customers, and regular international travel, with a base UK focus and office visit to Hertfordshire when required.

Qualifications

• Solid electro-mechanical engineering background with HNC or degree.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Comfort with Windows OS and remote technical support.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain digital printing equipment.
• Diagnose faults and provide technical support on-site and remotely.
• Support software applications associated with the equipment.
• Deliver technical training and support new installations.
• Travel to customers across UK and Europe, with occasional farther travels.
