Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer, maintaining/testing a variety of products.
  • Experience in field-based roles is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide repair and maintenance service for company and third-party products.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills.

Skills

Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Full Category B UK driving licence (for manual vehicles)
Experience of testing Fire Systems
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Effective team working
Effective time management & planning skills
Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
