Job summary

Planview is seeking an experienced Customer Value Advisor to manage the economic buyer relationship across enterprise accounts. You will drive value realization, executive engagement, and expansion outcomes from signature through renewal and beyond.

You will operate at the executive level, turning value delivered into value expanded by aligning outcomes with strategic business goals and driving measurable impact across Planview’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive presence and experience in C-suite conversations.
• Background in value realization reviews or executive business reviews.
• Proven commercial instinct with expansion opportunities.
• Ability to connect health and adoption milestones to renewal and expansion.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship from forecast to renewal across your portfolio.
• Conduct regular business reviews linking outcomes to Planview value.
• Drive adoption and value realization across your book of business.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives.
• Engage pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure continuity end-to-end.
