Job summary

Planview is seeking an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own the economics of enterprise accounts from initial forecast through renewal. You’ll engage at the executive level, drive value realization, and position expansion opportunities across a curated portfolio in a predominantly remote setup.

You will build trusted relationships, conduct regular business reviews aligning outcomes to the Planview investment, and partner with pre-sale and account executives to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or account executive managing $250K+ ACV deals.
• Executive presence to lead C-suite conversations and drive decisions.
• Experience delivering value realization reviews or executive business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the economic buyer relationship from forecast through renewal.
• Build executive relationships and conduct business reviews linking outcomes to value.
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives to grow pipeline.
• Coordinate pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure go-live with context.
• Develop customer champions and advocate relationships inside Planview community.
• Act on customer feedback to inform product and experience improvements.
