Job summary

Planview is hiring an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own executive-level relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive value realization, engage with VP+ and C-suite, and shape expansion outcomes from signature through renewal and beyond.

This role requires a commercially minded customer success professional who can turn value delivered into value expanded and position Planview for continued growth on the platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing executive-level engagements and complex deals.
• Proven ability to connect customer outcomes to business value.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to drive renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship from forecast to renewal.
• Lead regular business reviews with C-suite to show value.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure continuity.
• Develop customer champions and advocate for product improvements.
