Job summary

Planview is seeking an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own the economic buyer relationship across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive value realization, engage executives, and lead expansion efforts from signature through renewal and beyond.

You are commercially minded with a track record of building strategic relationships and turning value delivered into value expanded. This role supports AI-powered portfolio management and connected work solutions for Planview's largest

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or account executive managing large ACV portfolios.
• Exemplary executive-level communication and relationship-building.
• Experience delivering value realization reviews or business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the economic buyer relationship from forecast through renewal and expansion.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP+) with regular business reviews.
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio to meet business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to grow pipeline.
• Coordinate with pre-sales on strategic accounts to ensure seamless go-live and alignment.
