Job summary

Planview is hiring an experienced Customer Value Advisor, reporting to a VP, Customer Value Advisory aligned to your region. In this role, you'll own the economic buyer relationship across a portfolio of enterprise accounts - driving value realization, executive engagement, and expansion outcomes from signature through renewal and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or AE managing $250K+ ACV deals.
• Demonstrated executive presence in C-suite discussions.
• Experience delivering value realization reviews or executive business reviews.
• Commercial instinct with ability to spot expansion opportunities in conversations.
• Ability to link health/adoption milestones to value commitments and renewals.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.
• Management consulting or value engineering experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the economic buyer relationship from forecast through renewal with continuity across the customer lifecycle.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP+); conduct regular business reviews linking outcomes to value.
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio; maintain accountability to business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Account Executives to generate pipeline.
• Engage pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure continuity from signature to go-live.
• Develop customer champions and advocacy; source referrals and connect to Planview community.
• Advocate for product/experience improvements based on customer feedback.
