Job summary

Planview is seeking an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own the economic buyer relationship across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving value realization and expansion from signature through renewal. You will engage executives, develop advocacy, and position Planview’s AI-powered portfolio management for continued growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or account executive managing $250K+ ACV deal sizes.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to run C-suite conversations.
• Experience delivering value realization reviews or executive business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the economic buyer relationship from forecast through renewal.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP+).
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives to grow pipeline.
• Engage pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure continuity from signature to go-live.
