Planview is hiring a Customer Value Advisor to manage executive relationships and drive value realization across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will engage with VP+ and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and the Planview investment, and you will identify opportunities to expand and renew with confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic CS/AE role managing large enterprise accounts.
• Proven experience running executive reviews and driving renewal and expansion.
• Strong ability to connect outcomes to business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships from forecast to renewal in your portfolio.
• Lead regular business reviews linking outcomes to Planview value.
• Drive adoption and value realization across accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with AEs to build pipeline.
• Coordinate pre-sale continuity for strategic accounts and goals alignment.
• Develop customer champions and advocate for product improvements.
• Translate feedback into internal voice for product and experience changes.
