Genetec Inc. is looking for a Dedicated Support Engineer to partner with enterprise clients, tackling complex technical challenges and delivering an outstanding service experience across the EMEA region.

You will provide expert technical support and hands-on training to help customers unlock the full power of Genetec security platforms while collaborating with R&D to stay ahead of innovations. Expect on-site client visits across Europe and continuous improvement in system performance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent team player who thrives in collaborative environments and fosters open internal communication.
• Professional fluency in English (a second language is a plus).
