Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to partner with enterprise clients across Europe, delivering expert technical support and hands-on training on Genetec security platforms.

You will collaborate with our R&D teams to implement solutions, perform health checks, and optimize system performance. This role involves on-site travel across Europe, building strong client relationships, and contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/telecom/electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent team player and communicator, able to build long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver an outstanding service experience.
• Provide expert technical support and hands-on training to help customers unlock Genetec solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to stay on the cutting edge of Genetec innovations.
• Perform routine system assessments and health checks to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel across Europe for on-site client missions and deepen trust with key partners.
