Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to partner with enterprise clients across Europe and the Middle East, providing expert technical support and hands-on training to unlock the full power of Genetec security platforms.

You will travel across Europe for on-site missions, perform system health checks, and work closely with R&D teams to stay at the cutting edge of technology while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background in software support and hands-on experience with Genetec solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex technical challenges for enterprise clients and provide expert technical support.
• Deliver hands-on training to help customers unlock Genetec platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D to stay ahead of technology and perform regular health checks.
