Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to join our Professional Services team in the EMEA region. You will provide expert technical support, hands-on training, and system health checks for enterprise customers while collaborating with R&D to drive continuous improvement.

With travel across Europe, you will build lasting relationships, troubleshoot complex security platforms, and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering high‑quality service and guidance on Genetec solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent team player who thrives in collaborative environments and fosters open internal communication.
• Fluency in English; second language is a plus.
