Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to partner with enterprise clients across the EMEA region.

You will deliver expert technical support and hands-on training to help customers maximize the Genetec security platform, while collaborating with R&D to stay on the forefront of innovation. You will conduct system assessments and health checks to optimize performance and reliability, and travel across Europe for on-site client missions to deepen partnerships and drive customer

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, telecommunications or EE, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent team player with collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
