Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to join our Professional Services team in the EMEA region. You will provide expert technical support, hands-on training, and trusted guidance to enterprise clients across multiple countries.

Travel will be occasional across Europe for on-site missions, system audits, and end-user coaching. You will collaborate with R&D to stay ahead of product innovations and help clients optimize performance of Genetec security platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/telecom/EE or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and client-relationship skills.

Responsibilities
